IofCA volunteers Judy Greenberg and Anne Holland have been facilitating creative, reflective drawing sessions for the IofC community over the past eight years. What began as informal gatherings, both online for the global IofC Community as well as in person at Armagh, has since the start of 2026 grown into a regular in-person offering at Armagh.
Judy Greenberg and Anne Holland, both psychotherapists, use drawing as a tool for personal development and healing. Through guided creative exercises, participants at the sessions are invited to explore their inner world and deepen their self-understanding. The process encourages individuals to connect with inner resources that can support growth and wellbeing.
‘The aim is to empower participants. We make it clear that this method of drawing is not about being an artist, but rather it is a tool for self-care.’ – Judy Greenberg

Sessions are largely held in silence, allowing space for reflection and focus. At the end of each three-hour workshop, participants are invited to share their drawings and insights, if they wish.
‘By offering it regularly throughout the year, we hope to create a predictable and secure space for people to come to. It is also an opportunity for participants to build connections.’ – Anne Holland

In the first three sessions of 2026, a total of 56 people have attended, with many returning regularly. The sessions have also provided a meaningful way to welcome new participants into the IofCA community.
The next session will be held on Sunday 19 April, 3:00–6:00pm at Armagh, 226 Kooyong Road, Toorak. Find out more
You are warmly welcome to join and explore yourself further through this creative and reflective process.
