We all long to belong. In a world that can often feel busy, disconnected, and isolating, belonging isn’t always about finding the right place — it may begin by reconnecting with ourselves.

Join us for a creative afternoon of reflection as we explore what helps us feel rooted, connected, and grounded.

It is also not the place for crisis support. Rather, it is an opportunity to develop some tools for your own self-care and wellbeing.
