Annual General Meeting
IofCA wishes to advise its members that the Annual General Meeting this year will be held on Thursday, 4 July 2024 from 7.30pm to 9.00pm via Zoom.
The agenda will be distributed to members in due course.
We will be conducting the Annual General Meeting online via zoom. Members and proxyholders will be able to participate in the proceedings online in real time.
IofCA also wishes to advise members that nominations for Directorship can be submitted after 6 June 2024, by any member who, being eligible and qualifies, wishes to nominate themselves or another member to be a candidate for election to the Board of IofCA.
Members seeking to nominate should contact the Company Secretary for the nomination form and other additional information either by email: secretary.au@iofc.org or by telephone on 0438 662 445.
The nomination closing date is Thursday, 27 June 2024.
